Suppose everyone had a blog, what would they put on it? What colors would they choose? What kind of pictures would they upload?
A blog is as unique and unlimited as a person, for within each and every one of us are stories and interesting ideas, full of untapped potential. The value of your inner most thoughts can never be realized until you speak them.

I like to make mine simple and not busy. On your other one, although looking very neat, was a little busy. I couldn't find anything on it. I do like the layout of this one for sure. I just want to make it easy for people to navigate to see what they want. I even go to the point of just having the blog with everything combined instead of adding pages ect.
